GENESIS

Smt. Eswaramma High School was established on 20th July 1972 in consonance with the education system envisaged by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

Revered Founder

“Who is Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba?” is a question many people ask. To a spiritual aspirant, he is a Divine Master par excellence; to a rationalist, the greatest of humanitarians on earth; to the millions of modern youth, a leader with a dynamic vision and a colossus of inspiration; to a devotee, he is simply Divinity in human form.

Smt. Eswaramma High School is a manifestation of the boon granted by our beloved Bhagawan to his Divine Mother, Eswaramma to provide free education to the children of Puttaparthy and the right to girl child education.

SEHS, is God’s Nurturing gift to His Natives. It is the crest jewel of Bhagawan’s educational system that was graciously established in the year 1972.

The school had Telugu as the medium of instruction and was under the State Board of Andhra Pradesh catering to the local children since inception to 2009.

In the year 2010, the school was affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi with English being the medium of instruction, continuing to cater to the residents of Puttaparthi.

The school takes great honour in catering to many children who are first generation learners.

The Smt. Eswaramma High School has been established with the specific purpose of leading the young generation to a life of commitment to God and to the society through right education, as taught by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
