Assembly Hall / Auditorium
The school houses a huge assembly hall where children gather for their daily prayer sessions and cultural programmes. The hall is well equipped with audio visual equipment such as projectors, smart TV and PA system.
Class Rooms
Each classroom houses a large area and is designed such that every student gets the teacher's maximum individual attention.
Well-ventilated with huge windows, the classrooms offer the right atmosphere for learning. The white boards, and bulletin boards decorated with learning material, placed at vantage points, make learning easier and interesting. The classrooms are well equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors.
The strength of each class is kept at a manageable level of 35 with comfortable furniture adding to the ambience of the class room.
Computer education is an integral part of the curriculum. The state-of the art computer laboratory with 20 systems is very popular among the students.
The school offers computer education from Class 5 to Class 9. Highly qualified teachers impart the knowledge of computers and fully equip the students for the challenges of the computer age.
A dedicated broadband Internet connection in the lab provides Internet access to source websites for educational materials. Computer sessions and Internet access are monitored and supervised by computer teachers who aid and guide the children through the sessions.
In computer education, the emphasis is on concept formation rather than merely providing information. At the primary and middle level, students are trained to use computers with focus on application software like Picture Maker, Logo and Paint. They are also trained to use MS-Office applications like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-FrontPage and Flash. Students are given hands-on experience to work on this software. Secondary school students are introduced to Visual Basic and Web Designing.
The Science Lab at SEHS provides an open atmosphere for experiencing and learning science.
Under the professional guidance and assistance given by our science teachers, students are encouraged to get a hands-on experience.
Our Science lab is well equipped to meet the curriculum requirements for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. We have separate workstations for these three subjects.
The library is the main resource centre for the students and the faculty at SEHS, with a seating capacity of over 100.
Collection
The vast collection of over 10,700 volumes mainly comprises of textbooks, reference books, fiction titles, periodicals and audio-visual material. The library houses a smart board
Textbook collection
Syllabus-based textbooks from different authors help the students to self-study the subject in greater detail and also help the teachers to teach the subjects from different angles and give extra information on any given topic.
Fiction collection
A large number of fiction titles by leading authors such as Roald Dahl, Enid Blyton etc. are available for the primary section and authors such as Robin Cook, Arthur Clarke, Ruskin Bond, etc. are available for the senior sections.
Reference books
A collection of nearly 200 titles inclusive of Encyclopaedias, dictionaries and visual dictionaries, atlases, thesaurus etc. are available for the students and the teachers to aid them in their day-to-day teaching and assignment work.
Periodicals
The library subscribes periodicals and national daily newspapers. Children's magazines as well as subject-based journals are used well by students and teachers alike.
Teachers' Resources
Reference titles assisting the teachers in their teaching as well as in preparing their study material and worksheets are available. Subject-wise dictionaries are available for the ready reference of the teachers.
Audio Visual Materials
The school is well stocked with audio visual aids for all subjects in all classes. The materials are easily accessible in the classroom for projection though the network system.
Reading Programme
This special reading programme encourages the children to read recommended library books. In the primary classes, children narrate the story to the entire class. In the senior classes, a book review of a few lines is submitted by the student after reading every book which is displayed on the bulletin board in the library.
A well-equipped Math Lab provides students with the opportunity to have fun with numbers.
It creates a challenging atmosphere for students to put their mathematical abilities to test and enhances their analytical reasoning and lateral thinking through various games and activities. We instill and develop observation skills among students to derive formulae.
In the Math Lab, games are organized, models made, quizzes conducted, and projects are exhibited. Thus, the complete learning process is done through practical means.
For Classes 1 to 8, math lab activities are done based on the concepts dealt in the syllabus. Various kits are designed and they are used to derive the formulae. For Classes 9 and 10, students work on 20 different math experiments, which are specified by the NCERT syllabus. They are also assessed on the Math Lab activities.
Safety systems
The school is well equipped with CCTV cameras, PA system, fire safety equipment, incinerator for sanitary waste disposal, solar panels, RO water plant.
Sports Facilities
The school is well equipped with sports facilities – from cricket grounds to indoor stadiums, from playing fields to basketball & volleyball courts. The facilities cater to all age groups, right from primary to secondary classes. The school has a Physical Instructor who oversees the sports activities for students.

2. Sri Sathya Sai Hill View Stadium
A multi-purpose outdoor stadium, the Sri Sathya Sai Hill View Stadium was constructed for the purpose of conducting the Annual Sports and Cultural meet of all Sri Sathya Sai Educational institutions (an annual event on 11 January).
Children play outdoor games such as kho-kho, kabaddi, cricket, ball games, relays etc.
The stadium overlooks an array of imposing structures and statues symbolizing different religious faiths. On occasions, the stadium hosts International sports events. It boasts a viewers gallery that can accommodate over 25,000 people.
Sri Sathya Sai International Centre for Sports
With facilities for Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Squash, Table-tennis, Badminton, Gymnastics and Yoga/Aerobics, this stadium – measuring 100 metres by 60 metres on a 4.8 acre site, is amongst the largest open-frame space domes in the country. It has a spectator capacity of 4,000.
Children are taught gymnastics by a well trained gymnastic instructor. Students exhibit their proficiency during the Annual Sports Meet.
The school has a well-equipped medical room.
A comprehensive annual medical checkup of each child is done by qualified doctors to monitor the child’s physical growth. A medical card to record the health status and growth of the child is maintained and a report thereof is sent to the parents for information and necessary action.
First aid treatment is given by a medical team in case of accidents and emergencies.
Parents are informed immediately and may be intimated to take their ward home.
